02. Intellectual Property
The Stikpop platform, including its code and design, is our proprietary property. However:
Your Content: You retain full ownership of the images you upload. We claim no rights to your original artwork beyond the license needed to generate your stickers.
03. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose.
- Upload content that infringes on others' rights.
- Attempt to disrupt or overload our servers.
04. Purchases & Refunds
Payments are processed securely. Due to the digital, custom nature of our products:
Refund Policy: All sales are final once the digital file is generated. If a technical error occurs, please contact support for a resolution.
05. Limitation of Liability
Stikpop is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
